Hours of Services

  • Our regular working hours (08:00 – 17:00 Malaysia Standard Time) Monday to Friday and (08:00-12:00 Singapore Standard Time) Saturday.
  • We can work beyond the business hours due to the urgency or client requirements in any kind of circumstances.

 Performance Standards

  • Administration controls perfectly, reasonably in timely manner and the least possible inconvenience to our client and customer throughout.
  • Answer the telephone and email enquiry with the 4 business hours of receipt unless the caller agrees on the other arrangements.
  • All the activities that carried out related to fabrication and maintenance, we will give extra importance to safety and quality aspect all the time in order to meet our Safety and Quality Policy.
  • We will entrust to the deliver the products with respect to the schedule given unless there is request of change by client or customer on the same product.
  • We ensure the product that we deliver will be in Zilch Punch Listed.
  • After the completion of the specific products, the related documents i.e. (SWCF or MDR) will be submitted to the concern client or customer within 14 business days.
