ASIA-RAND  is deeply committed to provide services at par with standards and strive to achieve perfection in our functioning. Our management is committed to provide quality to all customers. We endeavor to set higher standard of quality by regular upgrades. We shall adopt a continual improvement system. The quality policy has been communicated throughout the organization. Our main emphasis is to provide total solution to our valuable client’s.

The Quality Policy is based on 5 fundamental principles:

  1. Ensuring that we fully identify and enhancement the customer or clients’ needs and expectations are fulfilled.
  2. Everyone understanding on their roles and responsibilities by performing their task and accomplishment it right at first time.
  3. Looking at the service stipulation, recognize the potential for errors, risk and taking the necessary preventive action from re-occurrence.
  4. To strengthen the relationships and encourages  repeat business with existing clients
  5. To prompt the positive commitments to quality and form an environment of team works and enables staff to work effectively.

Objective essential to ensure the requirements of this Quality Policy are met and the continual improvements is sustain in line with the spirit of the policy, will be set, determined and monitored at Managements Reviews.

Nevertheless, everyone working for the ASIA-RAND PTE LTD has a responsibility for ensuring the quality of their work.These responsibilities will be defined within the company procedures and projects of undertaking.
